Commercial Rollsizer
The Commercial Rollsizer is a Rollsizing machine designed for those who want a genuine commercial grade machine which can process cases VERY quickly.
This machine suits high volume shooters or commercial operations. The rollsizer will process up to 6,400 cases hour (for 60hz motors) and 4,100 cases per hour in rifle cases and is strongly recomended for commercial or high volume shooters who understand the value of time and reliable operation.
DC Compact Electric Rollsizer
The DC Electric Drive Rollsizer is suitable for the low to medium volume reloader. The DC electric rollsizer produces a similar result as the large scale rollsizer but at a lower cost (and processing rate – 1500 Cases per hour vs 6,400 cases per hour). The DC rollsizers require a minimum run in period of 2-6 hours before use but may occasionally need longer time (up to 12 hours). Running them unloaded overnight is usually best.
Manual Rollsizer - Nitrided
The Manual rollsizer uses the same rolling parts as the DC unit, but requires manual cranking (or your own electric drill). The crank effort required is minimal.
The rollsizer can be connected to your Dillon case feeder using the standard supplied hose and adaptor clip or connected to other case feeder types with some modifications. As of January 2023 we will have adaptor clip / hose assemblies to connect to a Lyman Casefeeder with the Twist style locking adaptor. This is a separate order and cannot be exchanged with the Dillon adaptor / hose supplied as standard.

Universal Rollsizer
The Universal Rollsizer is an Adjustable Rollsizer capable of rollsizing all cases between 380ACP and 50BMG in one machine. Vernier accurate, high precision suited to low volume reloaders looking for the ultimate in accuracy.

Decapper
The Rollsizer.com Decapper will process 380ACP cases up to 308Win. The machine will remove the spent primers up to 3,600 cases per hour (if your casefeeder can keep up) and cases can be processed soiled.
Please note, all Rollsizer.com machines come with a Tube and adaptor to suit a Dillon casefeeder As Standard supply.

What Does the Rollsizer Do?
The rollsizing process removes the bulge in the base of a fired case to bring the case back a Mid SAAMI dimension. When combined with the normal sizing dies the case will be very close to the SAAMI specifications. This means you can now get Factory grade reloads with a standard reloading press. Reliability and consistency wins matches.
Why do Cases need Rollsizing?
The full-length sizing die cannot reach the bulged base of fired case. When the cases are rollsized and then reloaded as normal, the round will feed and chamber reliably. The amount of blow out in a case depends mainly on the chamber in which the case was fired, the powder charge and recoil system used. The most common cause is when cases have been used in carry or LE firearms with unsupported or looser chambers due to the prerequisite of reliability over accuracy. The brass from these guns can often be re-used but without rollsizing the loaded round will not reliably feed or chamber in your firearm, escpecially if it is a tighter competition / target application.
How Long will Brass last with Rollsizing?
Very hard to say, generally much longer than without rollsizing, but too many issues contribute so it is too hard to state exactly. The designer of the rollsizers gets over 40 reloads with rollsizing with regular starline / federal / Winchester brass. There is no evidence of fatigue in the brass with rollsizing from any of the customers who reuse their brass.
Do I have to Resize the case after Rollsizing?
Yes, all rollsizing processes require cases to be resized after every firing. Failure to rollsize after each use will increase the likely hood of feeding and case reliability. The resizing process is usually part of the reloading process, so no additional effort is required.
Why are the factory dimensions better than my reloads?
Ammunition is made to a specification known as the SAAMI Specifications (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute). This is the rulebook covering ammunition and corresponding chamber dimensions for all ammunition manufacture, and all the major OEM manufacturers follow this. The Factory ammunition is rarely (if ever) loaded to the maximum size, the industry standard is about mid way between the maximum and minimum dimensions but the vast majority of online dimensions only show the Maximum dimensions. The Factory dimensions are generally speaking the most consistent and reliable. Too large and the ammunition does not feed / go into battery. Too small and the magazines do no work, and the ammunition does not seal within the chamber. It’s all about manufacturing tolerances.
This becomes even more important for those wanting to use reloads for competition or accuracy based sports (target shooting, metalic Silhouette or IPSC / USPSA etc.). Guns used in these applications usually have tighter tolerances especially in chamber dimensions and reloads in these applications are very difficult / impossible to reliably achieve without rollsizing.
I have never used one before, why should I get one now?
Reliability, with rollsizing your ammunition will duplicate factory ammunition in size / shape with much greater reliability. The reality is, new brass is too espensive to buy and leave on the ground now. The purchase of “once fired brass” is becoming an urban myth and is very hard to guarantee and does not guarntee a quality reload anyway.
Rollsizing brass allows fired brass to be reloaded back to a new “Factory” standard.
The Factory ammunition is sized and dimensioned to a range mid-way in the SAAMI Specification. This dimension CANNOT be achieved with standard or undersize dies. When rollsizing is combined with standard sizing dies, a consistent and reliable reloaded round is the result.
Rollsizing will bring all the cases back to a consistent, reliable shape for reloading, your feeding and reliability issues will improve significantly, your accuracy and grouping will also improve. Rollsizing the case shape will remove the majority of the “coke bottle effect” noticeable in the 9mm and 40S&W cases. This is critical for competitive shooters and commercial reloading operations who cannot afford to use poor quality ammunition.
How Long will it last?
The rollsizer was designed by a qualified mechanical engineer and early examples of the rollsizer have now processed well in excess of 50 million+ cases. The base assembly and roller disc are made from high-quality heat-treated steel and should last a very, very long time. the rollsizer has been designed to operate with clean cases only (wet cleaning is preferred / recommended), wear from processing dirty cases is not covered by warranty. Replacement parts are available upon request.
I want to size pistol and rifle cases, can you do it?
Yes, the rollsizers will process most pistol and rifle cases up a 308Win (7.62×51 Nato) case. The Rollsizer conversions have been made for 9mm, 38S&W, 38Super/38SC, 38Special/ 357mag, 40 S&W, 45ACP, 44mag, 308Win and 223/ 5.56Nato.
Other calibers are being released regularly as required. Calibre conversions are simple, unscrew the center disc retaining bolt and install the new caliber specific disc, adjust the case feeder height (in some situations the feed tube to the case pusher needs to change) and you are good to go.
How fast does it operate?
The Commercial rollsizer will process up to 6,400 cases per hour (60hz motors) and 5,500 (50hz motors) subject to the case feeder keeping up. The DC Rollsizer will process between 1,500 and 1,600 cases /hr. The manual is limited by your hand speed or your drill but expect 1,500 to 2,000 cases per hr.
